About Me

Jayna Benito is a 1st generation recent college graduate from Chapman University. She has a B.F.A in Broadcast Journalism & Documentary with a minor in Advertising. Jayna's passion for storytelling started in high school when she won statewide film and photography competitions.

 

For 8+ years, Jayna has been doing freelance photography and videography. She loves capturing special moments for her clients. She has also collaborated as creative director with various brands, including Uniqlo, Holokai Swimwear, and Waileia Jewelry, promoting their products on social media through her photos and branded content.

Jayna is a professional editor and has experience working in the influencer marketing space, editing and visualizing content for various social media platforms. Jayna's current career goal is to become an editor with a production company focusing on sport or music related content. She aspires to use her love of storytelling to help change the entertainment industry's standards and include more women filmmakers.
